Adding Funds

To add credit to your account, click on the Balance Amount link located at the top-right of the screen. We accept debit and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal and Wire Transfer.


Below are the minimum deposit amounts:

The minimum initial deposit to start your campaign is US$500

Once your account has been established, further funding of your account via Credit Card or Paypal must be at least $100 per transaction.

The minimum deposit for a Wire Transfer is $200.00


Add Funds via Credit Card

Note: If your credit card details are on file (already added via Account Management or previously via Add Funds), your credit card on file will be charged as soon as you click the Add Funds via Credit Card button.

If you do not have credit card details on file, you will be asked to enter them after you click the button. New credit cards added will need to be verified before funds can be added to your account. To check or change your credit card details, see the Account Management manual page.

  1. Click the link that is your Account Balance located at the top right of the screen.
  2. Select the Please charge my credit card on file option
  3. Enter the amount you wish to add in the field (Minimum US$100)
  4. Click the Submit button

Add Funds via PayPal

  1. Click the link that is your Account Balance located at the top right of the screen.
  2. Enter the amount you wish to add to your account.
  3. Select the Use PayPal option under Adding Funds.
  4. Enter your PayPal details and click the Submit button.

Balance Notification

  1. Click the link that is your Account Balance located at the top right of the screen.
  2. Click on the OFF slider button to activate.
  3. Select the amount at which you would like to be notified.
  4. Click Update to save your settings.

Auto Billing

  1. Click the link that is your Account Balance located at the top right of the screen.
  2. Select the Auto Billing:OFF slider button to activate.
  3. Enter in the amount you wish to refill your account by each time it drops below the set amount.
  4. Select Submit to save your settings.

Add Funds via Wire Transfer

Note: There is a $200.00 minimum deposit for Wire Transfer, but transfer fees will be paid by you, so we suggest using this option for larger deposits only.

  1. Click the link that is your Account Balance located at the top right of the screen.
  2. Select the Click here button under Alternative Payment Options.
  3. Instructions will be provided. Please make payment to the bank account provided, making sure to include your Trellian Direct Search Network username when making payment.
  4. Once payment has been sent, please email us to advise us of your payment details in order to help the allocation of your funds.

The payment will be manually processed and credited to your account within one business day once your payment is received.


Bid Change Notification

  1. Click the link that is your Account Balance located at the top right of the screen.
  2. Select the Bid Change Notification:OFF slider button to activate.
