Motivated self starter with customers service, accounts and reception experience would be well suited to this role. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and a nice phone manner will be highly regarded.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Receiving incoming calls from potential new customers and existing clients
  • Answering sales related queries via email
  • Invoicing and accounts, XERO experience would be a bonus
  • Office admin duties

This is an office based position based in Beaumaris (Bayside).
