Controlling Click Through Destination

You can link to any page on our site, but you must always go through our entry CGI and specify your Account ID, to get a credit for any sale. (You can also link to our other websites and get commission for sales at those websites also, see the bottom of this page for details)

Note: The partner ID used here is 1000. On your site you must replace the 1000 in the links here with your partner ID number issued in your partner email confirmation.

This makes sense if you are advertising an URL Submission Service via SubmitWolf, and would like to link directly to the SubmitWolf Home Page.

To do this, all you need to do is specify the file name as an additional parameter:

Example:

http://www.trellian.com/swolf?id=1000

If you click on the above link, it will take you directly to the SubmitWolf home page.

You can take this one step further, and build a complete promotional page and have a download button to take the user directly to our download site.

Example:

http://www.trellian.com/swolf?id=1000


Referal Partners may also link to our other servers and obtain commission for sales on these sites. Our other services include:

Note: You may not link to our online Order forms directly, as these need to run on a secure server, which can not be accessed in this way.

Adding a Link to your site

Download the image file you wish to use from our Banner Gallery, and upload it to your server (You may not link to the graphic files on our site directly). Then cut and paste the following code, and insert it into your page:

The most important part is your Account ID which will be used to identify your sales. You may modify the HTML code in any way you like, however the link (in red) must always be the same.

In the above example, the account ID 1000 is used. This you will need to replace with the ID assigned to you. You may also need to modify the image file name and both the height and width parameters based on the image you choose.

Don't forget that you can control the destination of the click through. This can help you to target your links and bring your referrals into our site at a point that is more relevant to the context of your website. For Example: If you are advertising SubmitWolf it would be better if the referral is directed to the SubmitWolf page. For more information on how to do this Click Here.

Whenever anyone clicks on this link, a cookie which will persist for the next 12 Months will be set. If the same person comes back to place an online order via our site or any of our mirrors, the cookie will be retrieved and the sale identified as yours.
