Webpage "No such interface supported" error fix



Recently WebPage has been displaying the error " No such interface supported " on start up. This is due to the recent Windows update.

We have a work around for this problem that does not require removing the Windows update.

You will need to download the dhtmled.ocx file (below) to your computer then follow te steps below.

Download: dhtmled.ocx 116 KB file size
Zipped download: dhtmled.zip 56 KB file size


After downloading the file, please follow these steps:

  1. Copy or extract the file to the directory where WebPage was installed. eg. C:\Program Files\TRELLIAN\Trellian WebPage






  2. Click the Start button and select "Run"






  3. Enter the line below into the Run window
    regsvr32 "C:\Program Files\TRELLIAN\Trellian WebPage\dhtmled.ocx"






  4. Click the OK button.

This will display a message saying:

"DLLRegisterServer in C:\Program Files\TRELLIAN\Trellian WebPage\dhtmled.ocx succeeded"
