I get an "unable to open the specified browser" error message. 

The browser path is not set correctly in Preferences. The Browser field must have the full path to the executable file of your HTML browser.

How do I enter a phone number to find the name and address of the person?

This functionality is not available in the current version. There are plans to implement it in the next major release, however it will only be available for US listings.
