Delete all files in the /Windows/Temp directory, close down any virus protection utilities that may be running, and re-install the program. I get "The decompression of %s failed. There may not be enough disk space available in the TEMP directory" error. Windows can limit the size of the TEMP directory and it may be full even though you have free disk space available on your hard disk. Delete some files from the windows TEMP directory and try again. When I load the program for the first time, a window pops up asking for a project but I have not made one yet. Simply type in the name of a new project and SubmitWolf will create it for you. I have entered my registration details but it SubmitWolf rejects them as invalid. Please make sure that you are typing the registration details exactly as they appear in your registration email. Remember that the registration name and serial number are case sensitive. Make sure the registration name (usually an email address) and serial number are used under the register button from the main page of the program. Generally passwords are used to unlock the scripts, and are not required in the registration area. Ensure that the username and serial number you are using are for the program you are trying to register. Can I still download Version 3 of SubmitWolf? Yes, download this file and run it. SubmitWolf PRO V3 Then download the following file, save it in the SubmitWolf folder and then run it. SubmitWolf PRO V3 Script This should install the latest SubmitWolf script. (This will require the V3 script password which you were given in your registration email) Run the program from Start->Programs->Wolf->Submitwolf. Enter a project name. Read Licence and Click Accept if you agree. Click Register and enter your registration name and serial number. Make sure you enter these exactly as they appear in your registration email.
