Dashboard
Whenever you log in, you are taken to the Dashboard page by default. This page shows an overview of your campaigns and allows you to adjust their settings.

You can delete a campaign or update the maximum bid, daily limit, target URL or status of any campaign via this screen. See the Campaign Management manual page for more information.
To add a new campaign, use either the Add Category or Add Keyword tool on the Trellian Direct Search Network toolbar.
Error Icons
Sometimes, a red exclamation icon will be shown next to a campaign. It means that your current maximum bid is lower than the required minimum and you will not receive any traffic from this category/keyword.Raise your maximum bid to more than the minimum to start receiving traffic for this category/keyword.
A grey exclamation icon in the Status column can indicate a number of things, such as an issue with your campaign settings or that our system has not yet activated the campaign.
Error Messages & Solutions
- A target URL has not been set or is not valid
Set a valid target URL in the Target column, then click the Update button.
- Your maximum bid must be greater than the category minimum to activate
Increase you maximum bid in the Max Bid column, then click the Update button.
- There are insufficient funds in your account balance. Please add funds before activating this category
Add funds via the link in the top-right of the screen.
- Your daily spend limit for this category has been exceeded. Please increase the limit if you wish to reactivate this category
Increase the daily limit of this campaign to reactivate or wait until the next day for it to automatically reactivate.
- This category was recently added and will be activated shortly.
Category/keyword will be automatically activated once approved by our system, if left in Paused status.
Note: This message is only displayed if all other requirements to activate the category have already been satisfied.
